MIE Services Centre Open House

Professor Jean Zu, Chair of the Department of Mechanical & Industrial Engineering, cordially invites all U of T Engineering faculty and staff to celebrate the opening of a new Services Centre. This ambitious renovation combines all administrative services, including the Department’s reception (MC105) as well as the graduate (MC108) and undergraduate (MC109) offices, which were formerly located in Rosebrugh Building.

The renovation has been sought for more than 60 years – since the Mechanical Building opened in 1949. Professors James K. Mills and Andrew K.S. Jardine kindly relocated their labs to make space for the renovation. As part of this project, a new faculty and staff lounge and a new boardroom were also added to the main floor (MC121/123).
