The G. N. Patterson Lecture, UTIAS

On the occasion of the retirement of Professor Gordon N. Patterson in 1974, the G. N. Patterson Lecture Series was established in his honour. Professor Patterson was the founder and first director of the University of Toronto Institute for Aerospace Studies (UTIAS).

The annual lectures are delivered by distinguished PhD graduates of UTIAS. This year's lecture will be given by Professor Mark Cappelli of Stanford University.
