Requests for access to the institutional IT systems (including AMS, ROSI, ROSI Express, and ARBOR) must be made by the employee’s Department Manager or Business Officer. In order to access the institutional IT systems, an eToken is required. When setting up an employee who requires access to secure institutional IT systems, please make sure to (1) obtain an eToken, and (2) apply for access to the appropriate system(s).
A USB eToken device is required in order to request ROSI access, and to access secure institutional IT systems such as AMS, ROSI, ROSI Express, and ARBOR. The eToken fee (set by central ITS) is $33/year.
All eToken requests must be submitted by the Department Manager or Business Officer. Please complete the following form and submit it to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note, eTokens are the property of the Faculty, not the person it is assigned to. Therefore, eTokens should remain with the Faculty and be reassigned as needed. If a department does not return an eToken to the Faculty IT office, they will continue to be charged $33/year per staff member who is assigned an eToken.
**Once an eToken is assigned, the departmental IT office is responsible for setting up the necessary software on the employee’s computer.
