To better serve the Administrative Units within the Faculty of Applied Science & Engineering, an email help desk has been created: ops_help@ecf.utoronto.ca

Operations Help

Operations Help can assist Administrative Units with the following tasks:

  • Telephone services
  • Moving furniture
  • Lock problems
  • Mail problems

Environmental Assistance

If you are experiencing problems with the following, please call 8-3000 directly:

  • Heating
  • Air-conditioning
  • Water leak
  • Other (e.g., spills, waste)

Printer/Photocopier

If your local photocopier is in need of repair, please contact the copier supplier directly.

Computer & IT

If you are experiencing IT-related problems, please contact the IT Help Desk. Please note, emergency IT support is available from 9 am to 5 pm during office hours.

Room Bookings

A username and password is now required to view availability for Faculty boardrooms and conference rooms. Please contact Ian May at ops_help@ecf.utoronto.ca or Gloria Bryan at gloria.bryan@utoronto.ca for more information.

For academic-related bookings of classrooms from September through April, please contact bookings@ecf.utoronto.ca. For classroom bookings during Spring and Summer Sessions, contact the Academic Campus Events.
