Engineering Graduate Student Debuts Hydraulophone in Symphony


Ryan Janzen, MASc candidate in The Edward S. Rogers Sr. Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering will play the hydraulophone in its world debut performance with the Hart House Symphonic Band Tuesday, April 3 at 7:30 p.m.

This new instrument, invented by Engineering Professor Steve Mann, is similpicar to a woodwind instrument but uses water rather than wind.
