About this workshop

Conflict is a natural part of teamwork and can be frustrating to resolve without the proper tools. In this Leadership Lab, we will uncover how we personally respond to conflict and how to better meet the underlying needs and interests of an intercultural team. We will also focus on how to give and get useful and honest feedback, which is crucial for individual and team performance.
