Learning Habits to Stay Well
What does it mean to learn well? In this workshop, learn about the healthy and productive habits you can use to learn well, do well, and be well.

  • Discover the internal and external supports to support your academic motivation
  • Reflect on your strengths and your mindset to take control of your learning
  • Learn the power of cues, routines, and rewards to make healthy and productive habits stick

Learning Habits to Stay Well is part of the Learning How to Learn workshop series, where you can discover the science of learning to actively engage in your studies and apply practical strategies to improve your reading, retention, and recall.

All undergraduate, graduate and second-entry professional students
