Dr. Samira Sokhanvaran (MSE PhD 1T4), as local Ambassador of the Women in 3D Printing, invites you to participate in the Premiere of the Toronto Chapter on April 18th, 2019. The event will feature a talk by Prof. Mihaela Vlasea entitled “Bringing Designs to Life.”

Short Bio: Dr. Vlasea is the Associate Research Director of the Multi-Scale Additive Manufacturing Laboratory. Her research focuses on innovative design, process optimization and adoption of new materials for powder bed fusion and powder bed binder jetting additive manufacturing processes.
