Joining the Action Group – Are you interested in joining in conversations related to EDI within the Faculty and Engineering? Would you like to learn more about how to address racism, colonialism, and other forms of discrimination and oppression within our community? Are you looking to make a deeper commitment to EDI work at FASE? Then consider joining the Engineering EDI Action Group (EEDIAG).
The Action Group is open to all faculty, staff, and students, the only requirement for membership is to commit to regularly joining weekly meetings (as best as your schedule allows). No prior experience with EDI work is required, just an openness to learn and join in these conversations with your colleagues.
- Currently meet on Mondays from 3:10 – 4:00pm
- First meeting for the Fall term will be on Monday, September 19th 2022 from 3:10 – 4:00pm and held virtually (link provided upon joining group) with the hope to move to a hybrid method of engagement in subsequent meetings.
