Experiencing conflict and disagreement is common when working with others. But there are specific communication techniques that can allow you to move through challenge in order to find common ground. In this Leadership Lab, we will unpack the positions and interests that halt your ability to understand another person’s perspective and move forward. By practicing tangible communication tricks and feedback tips, you will leave this workshop with a comprehensive set of tools to transform conflict in dynamics situations. Pizza and refreshments provided.
