Workshop Details:

Struggling and encountering challenges is a common part of the university journey and can help you grow. However, encountering setbacks can be difficult and have emotional impacts. This workshop covers how to acknowledge the difficulty of failure and learn how to grow from challenges. In this workshop, you will:

  • Practice acknowledging the emotional impacts of failure and difficulty
  • Understand the importance of productive success and productive failure
  • Bolster your self-efficacy as you respond to challenges
