Canadian Engineering Accreditation Board (CEAB)

Each of U of T Engineering’s nine undergraduate programs are accredited by the Canadian Engineering Accreditation Board (CEAB), a committee of Engineers Canada. Accreditation ensures that graduates of our programs have the academic qualifications necessary for registration as a professional engineer (P.Eng.) in Canada. The accreditation requirements include assessing learning outcomes with respect to each of 12 graduate attributes identified by the CEAB, and considering these assessments in a process of continuous program improvement. Visit CEAB to learn more about the accreditation process.

The University of Toronto Faculty of Applied Science & Engineering’s most recent accreditation review took place in 2018-2019, with a team of reviewers visiting campus on October 21-23, 2018.
