Staying Motivated and Focused while Learning

Do you have difficulty staying focused and staying on task when working from home and being online? Do you ever procrastinate to avoid unpleasant tasks or assignments? Do you find it hard to get started?

Motivating yourself to complete assignments, study, and do all the other things can be difficult, but completing all these tasks is crucial to your success. Research shows that students can learn how to become better learners by using effective motivation strategies.

In this session, we will explore common challenges when it comes to accomplishing tasks. You will also learn strategies on how to improve your self-motivation and self-efficacy.

Register online to attend.
