Anti-Black Racism Training (Module 3) *
Anti-Black Racism & Tools for Organizational Change**

*Requires the completion of prerequisite courses
**The Anti-Black Racism Training is a three part training series. Each session is 2 hours and takes place over 3 consecutive days

In this session, participants will:

  • Identify and define organizational bias and systemic barriers that impact Black community from entering and/or feeling included within organizations;
  • Explore practices can help break the cycle of anti-black racism and create a more inclusive work environment;
  • Discuss the principles and tools required to establish an anti-racism strategy within their environments; and
  • Reflect and commit to practices that will evolve their organizational culture into being spaces of racial inclusion for Black and racialized communities.
