Engineering students – visit the Mental Health & Wellness Build U Up Pop-Up to enjoy interactive activities and snacks along with tips for self-care and de-stressing. Meet Mental Health Programs Officer Cherie Mak and learn about the many resources and services available to you. Together we strive to build a community of care and a network of support.
