Ideally, studying for exams starts early – but when you’re short on time, sometimes you have to cram. This workshop explores how to make the most of limited time using evidence-based strategies.
- Discover what cramming can and cannot do while preparing for exams
- Learn how to prioritize topics, set realistic expectations, and manage stress under pressure
- Focus on high-impact and effective study practices given the time you have
This workshop will be held online on Zoom.
- Live captioning is available.
- Interactive activities may include online polling apps and the chat feature.
- The session will not be recorded. We will share slides and resources with all registrants.
- Keeping your camera on is welcome but optional.
