This workshop will encourage you to self-reflect and consider asking yourself: What if you give yourself a sense of validation and achievement? What if you take more meaningful risks? What if you can start and submit that paper on time?

• Better understand how perfectionism keeps your goals out of reach.
• Identify thoughts and behaviours related to perfectionism and learn tools to overcome them.
