Summer Research Exchange Program for Engineering Students

Do you enjoy research? Interested in building your research skills and gaining practical research experience while travelling the world?
The Summer Research Exchange Program (SREP) offers undergraduates in various fields the exciting opportunity to acquire hands-on research experience overseas. Participating students can work with scientists at partner institutions worldwide and either can complete a U of T credit towards their degrees, or (for engineering students only) apply summer research hours towards their practical experience requirements.
Successful program applicants will undertake a full-time research project overseas in May-August 2020. For engineering students, more than 20 partner institutions in 10+ countries are available! In their spare time, participants can travel the world and explore new cultures.
Engineering students in their 1st-3rd year of studies and Faculty of Arts and Sciences students in their 2nd-3rd years can apply.
Sound interesting? Come to this information session to find out more about opportunities and available funding for engineering students!
Can’t make it for this time? Don’t worry! Register to one of our general information sessions on November 13th, 19th or 25th, and/or check out SREP on the Learning Abroad website.
