Toronto Tips: Winter Edition

While the weather may still be sunny and warm, winter is just around the corner. And if this is your first winter in Canada, it’s not too early to start thinking about preparing yourself for the colder months. We know it can be confusing, trying to figure out what items you need to have versus those that might be nice to have. And if you’ve never experienced snow and ice before, you may have questions about how to navigate the city and still stay active during the coldest months of the year. Good news is, you aren’t alone in those feelings of unknown!

The Centre for International Experience is hosting a Toronto Tips session, where they will share highlights, insights, and general tips related to dressing for the cold, staying safe in the snow and ice, and experiencing (and even enjoying) the city of Toronto in the winter. Alll students that are new to the city are welcome!
