Impostor phenomenon is common among undergraduate engineering students, and especially those who may be first generation, racialized, mature, gender non-conforming or otherwise underrepresented on campus. In this workshop we will discuss what impostor phenomenon can look like in an academic environment and explore ways to strengthen self-awareness, support ourselves and our peers, and lessen its impact.
October 30, 1-3pm in GB 202. Lunch will be provided. Please register.
This event is being hosted by the Engineering Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Action Group.
